We have worked with Joe Eagan for several years now, our daughter had financed her new home through citywide and recommended them to us because she really was happy with her new home loan and said we could trust them to be honest and help us. We contacted them and worked with Joe on a refinance...amazing, Joe let us know every step of the way and we got such a great rate, and he did all the work. Now new higher rates on credit cards, I didn't really know what to do, I called Joe, even after a few years and he worked on a home equity line of credit..we will pay off our credit cards at a rate that will actually pay off the principal and again...he did the work...Just wanted to say THANKS JOE!!! The recommendation goes on...

I worked with Marla Wynn and Joe Eagan of the Wynn Eagan group to be approved for and then close on our new condo in Kailua-Kona. They were not just wonderful to work with, they and their whole team were phenomenal. I have two family members who were simultaneously getting a mortgage and a refi and they complained about the lack of communication and sometimes unprofessionalism of the mortgage companies they went through. I would speak of how well things were going for me, the weekly and sometimes daily update emails, the electronic forms process and more. They would look at me and say they wished they had the same experience as I did. I am very pleased with the outcome. I purchased my first home with The Wynn & Eagan Team back in 2014. They provided outstanding customer service and made sure I understood the whole process from beginning to end. They also understood all of the First Time Home Buyer programs and helped me navigate through those as well. So when I refinanced this year, I naturally went back to my original team. We were thinking of refinancing our current mortgage. We received a call from Wynn & Eagan Team inquiring if we wanted to refinance since the mortgage rates are dropping. My husband asked for some data to show if it would be worth it to refinance. Within 24 hours, we were provided the data. We chose to refinance. The team helped us through every step of the process. Scott Wynn actually created the Youtube videos that attracted me to contact Wynn & Eagan in the first place. It was 2 videos - 1 explaining the difference between CHFA & FHA, the other walks you through the different types of FHA programs - both were extremely helpful. He was not only responsive and professional, but kind and I never dreaded having to speak with him.
